Everything

Talk about a problem then focus on the solution. Talk about hurt, anger, loss, pain then focus on learning and living again.

Most of what we read in self help and are preached about on spiritual level is about learning from life , letting go and moving forward. We have a finite time here, so how you spend it is your choice.

It is always lead by the present moment and that leading edge of the moment we are in constantly and the choices we make and continue to make.

So why is it we do what we don't want to do and think about what keeps us in pain. Well, Paul mention this in the bible.

The key is to identify when we are having a pity party, observe it, or break that pattern with behaviour or disrupt the thought pattern and replace with a positive, more learning perspective.

Catch yourself when you start being envious or thinking badly of others. Most of the time it will be projection. We judge the faults in others that are most prevalent in ourselves. And to judge at any level is to create a self limiting world view paradigm around our own self righteous experiences. The universe will attract accordingly to us, not in judgement, simply more of the same limited experiences and people.

And finally don't judge the world, it is exactly where it is supposed to be right right now and accordingly to a much large self perpetuating collective thought thought paradigm from all of us. So hence the phrase be the change you want to in the world. If we all did that, it would. If you have a bunch of puppies, you don't scold the one for not keeping up. You love them all and wait for them all to be able to catch up before that excursion in the big park.

Have to also mention in this short essay a bit about neuro science ,which we are also on a cutting edge of new learning. Neuroplasticity is a word meaning that whatever age whatever damage incurred, we are ale to increase memory brain function by repeated dosages of learning. Interestingly, the greater the effort to learn the stronger the neural re structuring of the brain occurs. The short term memory is due to a chemical re alignment after learning, and the long term memory re structuring is due to the “repeated” behaviour related act of new learning. By learning different things you strengthen the whole. When you are running training, your arms also get worked work and that helps with the whole function of running.

It's worth pointing out if you don't do anything your brain will also re structure accordingly. This is also an indication to me at least of how the universe works with us physically, mentally and spiritually. Essentially faith with action is more affective than one without the other.
